Pale girl with black straight cant make coffee right. Inattentive to the people waiting, no acknowledgement, The worst part, she gave out FREE coffees to her friends who arrived after us and made it on the spot when they requested. They were priority. Even though we waited and ordered and PAID.
Extremely rude barista
One of Baristas with a negative disposition took all of my 100 points to pay for refill mug because I disapprove of her knocking loudly on the bathroom door because she wanted to use the bathroom and I a customer's was finishing up.... very disappointing
