Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while an employee stared me in the eyes and chatted away like an idiot rather than making any attempt to do their job. I should thank her for saving me $10 on an overpriced coffee, but I definitely won't be bothering again.
Ordered an Americano. I was first in line,but the horrible staff did my order last. And the coffee was horrible. AWFUL SERVICE
