Yesterday I ordered a plain hot tea and ended up leaving without my order or money due to the extremely long waiting time and employee difficulty with providing a simple order. This is the second time I have experienced signifigant issues at the Mission Oaks Vons Starbucks. Both times, the employees have been polite and tried to be helpful to no avail, but struggled with basic job functions such cash register use and keeping line length and wait times reasonable. Stopped for the Friday Deal! Any grande drink and pastry only $6! Omar was there working alone. I could tell he was slammed because he was the only one working. He did a great job assisting everyone and he prepared the drinks properly! Great job Omar!
I ordered iced macadamia nut cold brew, there was little to no cold foam and no topping. Please get orders right next time.
