What’s the point of having our orders written down if workers don’t read and follow it. We ordered 6 drinks; 4iced, 1 frappe & 1 hot. We asked light iced for all 4drinks. When we got it, there was extra ice on all 4drinks. Also, Starbucks charges for caramel drizzle but you don’t even bother putting caramel drizzle.
The team at this Starbucks always makes my day- Great service, quick orders- I'm a happy regular and always look forward to visiting this location. Special shout out to Tatiana for going above and beyond- exceptional service, kind, friendly and great recommendations - she's the best!
I order a hot caramel macchiato it tastes terrible the old crew used to make it correctly this is the worst coffee I had and such a very very long time I'm unsatisfied because I work at the mall security and I always get my coffee and this was horrible don't even taste like coffee doesn't even have the they did not do it with the sayon the mobile app you can know the difference when they're Rush they make mistakes I don't think I'm going to come to the Starbucks anymore the other one Walgreen too many mistakes
