Asked for light ice. Got 1 lbs of ice. Also, not a hello, or thank you or bye. Not a single eye contact or God forbid a smile from the guy making my coffee. First and last time here.
Came here to get a simple cup of coffee, grande Pike qty 2. What we got was very weak coffee almost tea like, tasted crappy. The cup was hot with a stopper so we didn't try until we were many miles away. What a waste of time, money, resources. Come on kids, lets do better. Sorry too come across bitter, but I was looking forward to a good cup of coffee

Absolutely the worst consumer service skill j have ever encountered at a Starbucks!!! We were never greeted nobody made eye contact or acknowledged the fact we were even in line!!
Star bucks has gone down hill. Drinks wrong and super slow all the time even when it’s slow
