Ridiculously understaffed, drive thru lane didn’t move at all for over 5 minutes. This happens every single time even when there isn’t a long line and not at peak/rush hours.
Just ordered a white chocolate mocha on the app for the drive thru. it’s supposed to be white with whipped cream. waited at the drive thru with four cars in front of me for 30 minutes. they made it hot first. I gave it back and then they asked if I wanted whipped cream as if it doesn’t already come with it. Then she asked what kind of lining i wanted in the cup, as if it didn’t put mocha drizzle on the app. Tell me why she mixed that lining with the coffee and now my WHITE CHOCOLATE mocha is fully brown?
