So I am a customer, well I was until today .I work a full time job & I will Door Dash occasionally after work just to have some extra cash if I need it . I had an order for Starbucks & went in to get the order , the order wasn't done because it wasn't in the location where the finished orders will be waiting for DD & online orders . I stood at the counter with 2 different Starbucks female employees that ignored my presence. The staff was super friendly and upbeat for as early as is was on a sunday morning lol
I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. The Frappuccino was warm. There were no crunches in the drink. The cup was not even filled to the top. I was very disappointed.
