Terrible. When we pulled up to the Albertsons San Marcos store it was 7:32am. My daughter went in and I texted her my iced coffee with hazelnut order. She stood in line for 7 minutes and ordered two drinks (7:39 is the posted order time). Her drink was ready in several minutes…but mine “would be ready in just a minute…” at 7:49 she inquired about the order…”it’s coming” at 7:54 I’m agitated and asking my daughter to press…”it’s coming…”and at 7:58 she is finally leaving the store…and we’re both late for school. Diane, my barista was very kind patient with me and my son with special needs and made a delicious Frappuccino. She made sure that we liked it!
The guy is a professional
Awful location inside an Albertsons. No option to order ahead, ever! Only 1 barista working here and she left for a solid 5 minutes while there was a line and didn't tell us where she was going or when she'd be back. Some kids were standing in line while there parents left them all alone. Another time I saw the only barista talking on the phone! Food quality is not on par with actual Starbucks locations. Overall avoid this terrible location.
