Love the morning Baristas and employees during the week. I don’t know if they’ve hired more staff for the weekend, but they’re always so rude. My rating for this location has gone down. The new employees need to remember their customers service skills. Rushes come as quickly go. So if someone places their pick-up order specifically for drive through and would like to add something you don’t cut them off with “okay I’ll see you here up at the front.” Cover yourself always and ask “Is there anything else you need or would like... read more

I get Americano drinks from this location about once a week at various times of the day. About every 2 or 3 months, they give me a brewed coffee, as opposed to an Americano (espresso shot with heated water.) that I ordered. Maybe it’s a matter of the baristas being lazy or they are just cutting corners to get more profit (in my opinion for a less flavorful drink) as Americanos are more expensive than brewed coffee.
