First of all, it took 10 minutes to get 2 chai teas. Bad news is that we ordered an ice chai and they gave us hot ones instead. Also, another customer ordered his 1 drink thru the app and he had to wait an additional 7 minutes for his order after placing it 10 minutes earlier. Avoid this Starbucks if you can
We love Starbucks. We’re reserve. This is the location we go to the most near our home. I hate complaining but the 2 new guys who work the drive through window (past couple months) are not really nice. When placing orders they seem so irritated every time we go. The younger guy is more rude. Today my husband and I went together and he NEVER complains but before I could say it, he said the guy always seems annoyed. Went to inside to buy coffee. Malachi asked me “are you sure you can afford coffee”. Very weird experience from him.
This location is horrible. The workers are snotty and rude. As well as the mangers. I will not be coming here again. Learn respect.
