Items on menu aren't always available. I've been to this location two times in one week and both times they were out of the Caramel Ribbon Crunch but they still have it on the menu. At least put a sticky note saying unavailable or something, waited in line for like 20 minutes to find out the one thing I came in for they can't make it. Also look to see if they are training new employees... for eome reason they decided to train on the register at lunch time when it's busy...
