Most of the times they had to change my order because they did not had syrups or flavored cold foams available. Had to start going to another location.

Today there's a new barista and they prepared my coffee incorrectly , called her back and had conversation about it she advised to come back . Told her I do work and can't come back .. and can come back tomorrow the convo got to the point she did not apologise and instead makes me feel that it was my responsibility to wait longer to pick it up the next day .. it was a mess she was mocking and kinda laughing on the phone because I keep explaining to her that it happened before and barista Alex handles the issue well ..
