Friendly staff but extremely slow service; there was only one barista in the late afternoon at a time when people are looking to buy a pick-me-up heading into the evening. They also left out cleaning equipment near the area where you get napkins. The area could use cleaning and tidying to make it more presentable and welcoming. It almost looked like the shop was closed.
