I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks in my life and this is probably the most disorganized crew I’ve ever seen… I spent entirely too much time in here for egg bites and a plain black coffee, no frills. There were two people behind me who got their frapacino’s before I got my order. (which I believe take much longer than a plain coffee). Got the egg bites, no coffee. I pre-order her often, it is rarely ready when I arrive after the pick up time and a lot of times I have to wait 5 or so minutes. Staff are very friendly and drink is always as ordered.
After many years of being a loyal Starbucks customer, this location ruined my experience and makes me question my relationship with Starbucks. Even though I placed a mobile order on the app, a barista gave me such a hard time for asking for the restroom code and needing to use the restroom. She told me to wait in the long line for ordering and ask for the code when I got through the line. I should not have to wait in line and ask for a code to use the restroom.
