Horrible
I love Starbucks and that’s why I gave it a 2 star, but I unfortunately did not have a good customer service experience this morning. Not that this needs explained but I work at the college across the street and we have first day of classes today! I work until 7pm tonight and so I knew I wanted to celebrate with a chocolate covered strawberry frap! Great location, and good service. Though I do think the posted hours may be incorrect, could you please update? It seems that the store may close at 9 on Saturdays, not 9:30 as posted.
