This is the second time I came to this Starbucks and ordered the same thing both times and both times I was charged for extra caramel and and extra caramel crunch and did not receive neither. They both times charged me double crunch but gave non at all. I am so upset because I work hard for my money and my time is money. I just want to acknowledge the blonde woman with tattoos who was working Sunday..Today..She is the most awesome person working there..She is always nice and has the best smile..I just want to thank her for being so nice..please be kind to the people who help you..!
