I had an issue with my order because an item was missing, but the team handled it quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. Fernanda, however, truly stood out! Her customer service was exceptional. She was so kind, attentive, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire interaction. Coworker made order online drove over to pick up when I gave name they did not see order so I called my coworker to confirm where order was placed while on phone order went through, I was then told by the person Mia at the window that I was required to wait 5 to 10 minutes from ordering on line to come pick up order at window. If I would have ordered at the drive thru would I have had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for my drink. I understand we all have bad days but I did not find this professional at all
I usually make my espresso at home, but today I wanted a shaken espresso with the fall flavors that just came out. I used my app and placed my in-store pick up order. As soon as I pulled up I realized that it is in fact PSL season now and it was packed. I went inside with the lobby full of people and drive thru out into the mall parking lot. I really liked the store's layout. I've never seen a Starbucks with a service window for walkup customers but they had one and a really nice patio with tables as well as indoor seating
Ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold foam cold brew with sweet cream inside and a s’mores cold brew came out as just a vanilla sweet cream cold brew when asked them about it they said you have to pay for cold foam when we told them we ordered the vanilla cold foam cold brew they lady just turned away and ignored us there are other Starbucks please visit those they pay attention to the customers and get it right
