5 people behind the counter, yet there is 1 woman running around making all the drinks for the cafe and the drive thru... She is amazing, unfortunate that her coworkers can't be bothered.

They will put whatever milk they feel like and think that you dont know what cow milk taste like even though you specifically requested non dairy.
