wait is too long, much longer than usual, especially drive through
Rude and unprofessional, asked for carmel drizzle on top they gave me a carmel dot smaller than a dime, when I looked at the person and said seriously that's not normal, they said I didn't make it. Take or leave it and walked away and never gave me my change when I paid just automatically stuck it in the tip charge without asking. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to.
