Not one to ever write bad reviews but what a terrible experience, cashier was rude. I ordered a coffee and an egg sandwich. Egg sandwich was iced cold, disgusting, couldn’t even eat it, cheese wasn’t even remotely melted, bacon was uneatable. Manager was also rude. Unpleasant experience overall. for someone who just started working around the corner, I won’t be coming back.
Gave my co worker a cold sandwich when it's supposed to be HOT not cold and earlier in the week i went to the drive through to ask for a hot mint tea with honey from the menu. It was not a complicated ask they said they did not have that item on the menu, so i walked in there and asked again for it. They finally gave it because ITS ON THE MENU poor and uncaring service.
Honestly I am quite tired of the poor service of the staff to the point that I am finally making a post on here. I have been going to this location for over 7 years. I have a the reserve card and spend a good deal at Starbucks it’s my splurge. But what I don’t appreciate is the rudeness of the staff who speaks over you when you order rather than letting you order. This Starbucks has the best DJ of any starbucks I've been at. Total vibe. Incredible staff
