According to staff, the seating area closes at 7:30 PM. Clients are required to vacate the seating area by this time, while the store officially closes at 8:00 PM. Rushing customers out so they can leave early.
Very slow. Ordered via my app at 5:00pm and did not receive my drink and sandwich until about 5:25pm. Food was great, my latte was a glass of iced milk with a dash of espresso. The convenience of being in Macys is a huge plus, though.
Mean and scary! I’m scared to go this Starbucks but it’s close to work
Thanks for the refreshing glass of water and the opportunity to charge my phone for a bit! While Police tried to access my phone while I was there through Macy's WiFi, at least I was comfortable while they did this time :-)
