I am surprised at the lack of customer service. The girl with the nose piercing at the cashier was super rude to my wife and I when trying to order. My wife tried offering a tea and was told that specific one was out of stock. She tried to order something else and the lady rudely stated “we have no teas iced coffees anything” . I ended up ordering I order a frozen refreshment and she rung it up saying it will be ready over there.
