This isn’t the first time coming to this Starbucks and having this issue. They have a new person on register and the same new person making inside ordered drinks while they have FOUR other staff focused just on drive through. I waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks while watching 15+ cars go through the drive through. Shoutout to the new girl doing her best getting no help from her other co workers in there.
Usually good, but I ordered a Frappuccino with Java chips and they gave me a frap that was completely liquid, not even a frap, with chocolate curls instead of java chips
