Kaycee/Kelsey, the manager held up the line and gave me such a hard time getting a free ice tea refill which is Starbucks company policy. She made a huge scene as if i wasn’t a customer. I am thoroughly embarrassed and disgusted.
Absolutely atrocious wait time for a cup of coffee when using mobile order. 15+ minute wait for a cold brew, another 15+ minute wait for a plain cup of hot cup of coffee on separate occasions. Either place your order well in advance or be prepared to be late.
