This is my most favorite stop of the morning. Ms. Paula is an absolute Gem!! She remembers my name and makes me feel so welcome every day. Ive seen her do it to others too. The drinks are over priced but always good and she makes it worth it even more. Yall are doing great things❤️

Morning baristas: Wonderful Afternoon baristas: Rude and can't read. Why are you giving me a hot drink when I ordered iced? It was in the app. It's on the sticker you placed on the hot drink. Clearly can't read. And ignored me when I was trying to get their attention to fix it
