Music was too loud
I’m a hot coffee drinker. It’s always made pretty good. Baristas at this location are extremely rude though. They are also pretty rude to minorities. I noticed the team here is mostly all white females from northern/midwest regions of the US - no diversity at all, which is pretty strange for the area. They need some sensitivity and customer service training bad at this location.
I ordered my favorite peach green tea and a snowman cookie! The tea refreshing and of course the cookie delicious. The store was clean and atmosphere electric. The cashier was friendly and very helpful with my purchase.
So, I walked in, went to the restroom and quickly ordered my drink on the app. Went to the counter to check the pastries (I have learned to not order pastries on the app for availability). It's amazing that, although the drive-thru was steady but not busy and there were two tables occupied by patrons, neither of the 2 baristas ever looked up while I was looking at the pastries.
