If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered a venti iced lavender cold foam matcha for pick up and when my husband got there the barista was still making my order. My husband called to show me the drink and it looked nothing like the advertisements or how it looks when I go to any other Starbucks locations. The store had just opened so it wasn’t like there was any rush, and even then the service was unacceptable.
