I’m only writing this review to speak on the customer service side of things. Grace, Mack, and Samantha all deserve major public shoutouts. Their customer service was peak and IS peak at every visit. I’m only a black coffee drinker and the way they helped me figure out my perfect fun flavor/oat milk/coffee combo was actually impressive. We ordered 8drinks all grande gave us 5 venti”s gave us no straw for the mocha cookie crumb.Also forgot to give us a mocha we asked and gave us it.
Coffee is always made just right and in a timely manner. The staff at this location are also super nice!!!
