Absolutely not. Went in today for a matcha latte and the server was very rude. She was an older black lady and I do t remember her name. Soon as I came up to the counter no hello no nothing I asked what was the smallest size they had, she looked at me like I was stupid and said grande with an annoyed tone, I gave her the rest of my order and then asked if they had lavender syrup to which she just said " no. I came to this location. Jeffrey has excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable, very friendly, very nice and made our drinks wonderful
