Over the past month this location has been terrible. Something needs to change. Last two times I preordered on the app when I got to the store, the front door was locked with a handwritten sign that said all orders needed to be picked up at the drive thru. What?!! The line was around the building. The app should have a warning about this ahead of time so as not to waste everyone's time. Or, how about this?? Let people in the store that preordered! This store is always out of stock of everything. I don’t understand. They told me they ran out of whipped cream. How does a coffee shop run of out whipped cream? The Starbucks app when you order ahead says everything is out of stock for this store. There’s literally no point in coming here when they don’t have ingredients to make ANY of the drinks.
Tasty drinks, but sometimes they could go a little faster.
