The staff for my order wrong then instead of fixing it they gave me the same messed up item and on top of that I asked for a cup holder and the lady completely ignored me I did not feel valued at all

I always make mistakes over and over going to this branch of Starbucks. Most of the time I order online and it takes for ever for them to get my order ready. Just ordered a mango refresher drink, it took 20 minutes for them to get it ready although I ordered online I had to literally wait there for 15 minutes to make it ready and after making the drink there was barley any ice in the cup and they offered a cup of ice to add to it myself never recommend this branch unfortunately very bad costumer service.
Whoever made my coffee this morning shout out to you it is so good and service was quick and efficient thank you !
