I’ve always had great experiences at this Starbucks location in the past — friendly staff and great coffee. But this week has been really disappointing. For the past three or four days, I haven’t been able to get my favorite coffee drink because the front counter keeps saying the coffee machine is broken. When I ask when it will be fixed, they just say they don’t know. I hope this gets resolved soon because I really enjoy coming here for my coffee, but lately it’s been frustrating.
I sincerely hope that management team members are reading the reviews and takes into consideration what the customers are saying about this location. The customer service is extremely poor & careless. It’s unfortunate the structure of the drive-through prevents you from getting out of line when you find out that they are out of an item and/or they’ve made a rude comment while you’re trying to place your order. I’ll drive a little further to go to the other locations—-better service.
I don’t like posting negative reviews, and I almost always regret it later, but this is an honest review. Bought coffee here twice on Saturday and once on Sunday this weekend because it’s close to the Hampton Inn where we were staying. Saturday morning was great, though service was notably slower than most Starbucks. I had a great experience today at this location 11 am. My drink was so refreshing and delicious. The customer service went above and beyond. I loved the energy and enthusiasm of the guy who took my order. Best customer service ever.!! I would also like to mention that he greeted me in Spanish and that was special for me because I’m very proud of my roots.
