I’m really disappointed with this Starbucks location. First, I had to wait an unusually long time just to place my order — the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. After finally ordering, I had to wait even longer for my drink, which was frustrating since it wasn’t even busy enough to justify the delay. Overall, the slow service and lack of efficiency made this a very unpleasant experience.
SLOWEST STARBUCKS IVE EVER BEEN TOO. GAVE FEEDBACK TO MANAGER, DID NOT CARE NOR BLINK.
Service could have been better and I am disappointed. I submitted my order way ahead of arriving at 6:47 PM and just got it now at 7:06 PM. I understand there may be wait time; however, my displeasure is due to already paying and having to wait while others who paid after me at the counter received their items before me. Was I just not placed in the queue? A first for me since I visit here often after my Wegmans errands. This location has got to do better.
