I don’t like posting negative reviews, and I almost always regret it later, but this is an honest review. Bought coffee here twice on Saturday and once on Sunday this weekend because it’s close to the Hampton Inn where we were staying. Saturday morning was great, though service was notably slower than most Starbucks. I had a great experience today at this location 11 am. My drink was so refreshing and delicious. The customer service went above and beyond. I loved the energy and enthusiasm of the guy who took my order. Best customer service ever.!! I would also like to mention that he greeted me in Spanish and that was special for me because I’m very proud of my roots.
Ran well, use mobile app had minimal wait time. I travel alot one of the better drink makers out of all Starbucks I been too. But I tip so, it help......
Baristas are always cheerful and quickly fill my order. Bright, airy, happy space.
