I didn’t get her name . But I ordered an upside down hot maciotto ( spell check ) lol she asked me did I want it sweet I said yes and she delivered meaning she made it correct . I am impressed & when I was finished with my coffee there was a small note on my cup that said “YOU GOT THIS” a message I needed . I love Starbucks that’s it that’s all !
