I placed a Starbucks order through Uber Eats, but I received a completely different order from the one I had purchased. Because of this mistake, I had to put aside my urgent responsibilities and drive to the store myself to have the order corrected. What disappointed me most was that no one apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience. Mistakes can happen, but a simple apology and respectful customer service would have made a significant difference. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
This is the 3rd time I’ve waited in this drive through for almost 20 minutes with no apology from the staff. I’m not sure what the problem is but I will not be returning to this location.
The Barista lady that passing orders got trash attitude with every customer including us who were very polite with her. My wife told she could be nice when we got back to pick up a missing item that she didnt even bother to tell us about, she said yeah I know but our drive is broken thats why 🤦🏻♂️ never going back again
Come here before work some days usually drive through and the attendants at drive through are always nice. However today drive through is closed so went in as to why I am writing a review due to a specific employee who went out of their way to educate me on different types of coffee if I like strong espresso. And Tat's advice was a win definitely stronger and very good. Never heard of a blonde espresso before and is nice when employees have this knowledge of different types of coffee.
