I told two times the guy at drive thru "no sweet cream" just cream and ended up with sweet cream. You can hear by voice he doesn't listen and doesn't care... move him in storage or warehouse because he's not costumer service guy...

Worst service of any coffee place I’ve ever been. If it’s not drive up your ignored completely. Never spending another dime at this location
Writing this review specifically because of wonderful Kaila! We’ve spent 2 hrs on this location and all I’ve seen on her face was nothing but the big smiles and amazing vibes! Not only towards the each customer that walked in, but to her coworkers as well, I’ve seen her helping others so much during our visit. Btw, she met all our allergies criteria, she was very informative about the products and menu, and I can’t tell you how much she went above and beyond for everything.
