We felt very awkward at this place. The guy at the front was so rude. He got mad because I did not tip for a pick up order. He even said “excuse me?” for not tipping. Tips are not mandatory. We all have bad days or struggle, it is not necessary to be mean. And when we left he also gave us a bad look and attitude. We said nothing, but felt awkward. Not coming back to this location. The place is tiny, it is more for pickup. I guess he should have picked a different job or location.
Never have I ever been to a Starbucks where there is nowhere to sit. You might as well make it drive through only.
The Sunday drive thru guy does not make my wife’s order right anytime. Great service but my wife hates her drink order every Sunday I pick it up for her
