I put an online order on my way to base to work a flight. Showed up 15 mins after the fact and my drink was still not ready. This is unacceptable. Mind you, there was nobody in line and the store was nearly empty. Employees there have zero sense of urgency or respect to their customers who are military clientele mostly.
Overly bitter espresso and even more bitter employees. Its a solid pass. Don't waste your money. The gas station has better coffee.
My coffee is perfect. Staff was sweet.
Nearly every time I go to this location, they mess up my order. They frequently make drinks iced that aren't, use the wrong kind of milk, or just completely make the wrong drink. At least every 2 out of 3 times they mess it up. It wouldn't be so bad if their attitude wasn't so bad. They get grumpy at me like it's my fault they messed up the drink, my order is pretty straightforward. Squirt flavor, pour espresso, pour milk.
