My drink cap first woulnt go on my frap and then as im trying to put it back on the cup it exploded the cup cracked. I went back in to get it remade and the blond women just recuped it and now my drink is just leaking it to the other cup and mind you the drink was over $8
I know shes a young girl at register. I was 3 cents short on a coffee. I didn't want to break a $5 bill. I asked her if she could wave the 3 cents and she said "Uh, nooo." Starbucks. 11:15am'ish Sat. 10/13 My husband ordered an iced coffee with heavy whipping cream to make it light colored and Stevia for me and a cookie Frappuccino for himself. Mine had liquid sugar AND Stevie in it. So grossly sweet it was undrinkable. Then half and half, not heavy cream. This was after he repeated the order 3x.
