If you want subpar coffee you need to wait 15 minutes for from the time you order it until they make it - this is the place. If that's not enough for you, you're sure to be treated like a nuisance from the waitstaff who'd find making drinks a lot easier if they stopped socializing and focused on their customers standing in front of them. Bad experience
This location is very hit or miss. It is a busy location that I feel was put in a bad spot. It’s always difficult getting in and out of the parking lot because it’s located within one of the busiest intersections in North Olmsted. The service is ok. Some of the employees are more friendly than others. Be prepared to wait awhile for your drinks because there is always a long line at the drive thru.
