their ice machine is dirty and makes the iced drinks taste nasty
I go to the Starbucks about 2 to 3 days a week in the morning. I always get phenomenal customer service. My favorite barista‘s are Daniela and JP. Very kind. Very nice. Only annoying thing is a few of the ladies are snippy. There have been times that I have had hair on the outside of my cup so I would recommend hairnets. But I typically get good customer service from the Starbucks.
