I just went there, the servers is very rude .i wanted to order but first asked them my daughter want to use restroom, my daughter only 5years old,but they said i must order something that can use it . When I heard that feel so bad .i didn’t want order everything anymore . It was very bad experience. This is my first time got the bad experience like that .
I’m a reg customer just like most and just needed to use restroom. Still was thinking if should get coffee or not but whether policy or not I think is wrong to not let reg customers have complementary bathroom used. Not good 👎 thank you Panda Express! 2/27/25 1:15pm
Rude baristas. Have been to this store several times early in the morning. They were very rude everytime, to us in particular. Whispering and talking smack while looking at us. other customers would come in and their whole demeanor would change, all smiles. We Let them know their bathroom was out of TP. Instead of putting TP they changed the door code.
