Attitude is not good enough
Love it
This location got our order wrong and handled the situation poorly. Instead of resolving it, they made it seem like we were the issue. If there are cameras as there should be please review the interaction. This isn’t the level of service I expect from Starbucks.
4/4 10:36pm messed up on our order couldn’t apologize made us pay the .50 cents extra for a venti which we did. Snappy and attitude and looks like she hated her job! Simple kind gesture will go along way. Just saying
