Drive through service great
I came to the drive thru and ordered a grande white mocha frap, the drive thru cashier informed me that he would be charging me an additional 80 cents because there was no button to ring it up. So he had to use another button to charge me more than the usual price! Is there not a button equivalent to the white mocha frap button that would not change me more? This is my favorite drink that I order every time I come to Starbucks. I am truly disappointed and ill be taking my business elsewhere!
Not very friendly staff. Walked in with my son waiting at the counter to order, the lady at the register sat played on some tablet for 5 minutes before even looking at me, just to say "What do you want". Friendliness aside they didn't even bother to listen to me and rang up my drink incorrectly. Go to the Starbucks on the west side of nine mile for good service.
I recently started going to this Starbucks and I love it! The staff is so kind and has such great energy!
