This is the closest Starbucks to me and I've never had any complaints until the last month. It started with an Uber eats order where they left out a drink. Uber wouldn't correct it so I had my spouse drive to get it over 30 minutes after the order was placed. They refused to remake the drink even though they left it out. I have since had 3 drinks directly from them that have had way too much milk. Most recently, I had a milk slush that was supposed to be a caramel ribbon frappe.
