I was charged for hot water. The snarkiness and elitism I received were apparently free additions. You’re better off going to a local coffee shop where you’re treated with dignity and where the atmosphere is pleasant. Never again.
I used to come here a lot but the past several times, it’s not been that great. I always get a pink drink and it’s like they don’t know how to make it anymore. Too sour and food items have went downhill.
Staff were extremely friendly and drink tasted amazing!
