Natalia went above and beyond!
I noticed that customers who ordered after me received their drinks before I did. But when I did get my order I was in for a surprise! 🤢 When I inquired with the barista, “What did I order?!” she replied, “Tall hot latte, no flavor.” I then said, “It tastes like hot milk, not coffee,” and her only response was a shrug. I suppose shrinkflation has also affected the coffee beans.
