Excellent Starbucks location. Very friendly staff
This is the second time I have purchased coffee from this location and the cup lid was not properly closed, causing the coffee to spill on my clothes and inside my car. I did not leave a complaint the first time because I wanted to forgive the employee and I did not want anyone to lose their job. However, this time I was burned in a sensitive area because of the hot coffee spill. I hope the staff will pay more attention to properly securing the lids to prevent this from happening again to me or other customers.
The guy at the register couldn’t figure out how to put in an order. Had to tell him three times what my order was, and he still got it wrong. I just asked for a refund and left after waiting 15 minutes for my order and having it come out totally wrong. Won’t be back.
