Took 30 minutes for one drink. They seem to only do drive thru orders and leave people inside waiting.
SLOWWWWWWWWWW Details here since I'm sure you won't reply to a corporate email. The car in front of me took over 10 minutes, almost 15 to get their order and when I got to the window my one plain cold brew was not even started. Add that to the unhappy, unfriendly and lazy employees here. But I already knew this because it's nothing new with your store. Sad it's the closest one to my home but I avoid it at all costs. Aa pathetic example of what a Starbucks should be.
Today, I was extremely frustrated with this store. They were supposed to open at 4:30, but the employee didn’t arrive until then and spent another 10 minutes getting everything ready. If the store is supposed to be open and functioning by 4:30, staff should be there by at least 4:15 to ensure everything is set up. Now, I’m at work at 4:45 without my coffee because of this delay. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of punctuality. If opening on time is a challenge, maybe they should consider adjusting their hours.
