Please never change the way you make your matcha. I have three locations near me—Carpentersville, Dundee, and Algonquin—but none of them prepare matcha the right way. Nubia is very rude. I really wish people with bad attitude go work in a mailroom with zero customer contact. You shouldn’t choose a job that’s customer facing ever if you don’t know how to adjust your attitude.
