Well, yesterday I had a bitter experience. Despite buying a drink that was supposed to sweeten my day, I went to get a strawberry frappuccino, and what should have been a $6 or $7 transaction ended up being more expensive than I expected. After ordering my drink, I realized that the person who attended me added extras that I didn’t ask for.
