I waited for 30+ mins for my mobile order that never arrived. I was told by a staff member who claimed she was the manager that since they were so backed up, I could return next time and they would comp my drink for the inconvenience and because I was already charged. I went back today and was very rudely told by Sydney that the manager is on vacation for the last week and she was not going to honor what I was told. I come here every single morning for seven dollars for a cappuccino more than half of the time at least 80 to 90% of the time I have to come home and fix it because it’s not done right. Add milk warm it up. Add some white chocolate it’s just never good very rarely. Do I get one that’s very good but every single day it’s different different people make it differently. Sometimes I get it. It’s dry the way it’s supposed to be that means just the cappuccino with the foam sometimes I get it and the milk is all the way to the top ... read more
