The last two times the older lady has messed up my drink orders, to the point they're undrinkable. Today I gave it another try. They're having a meeting behind the counter and that's not a problem, I can wait and I'll probably decide to buy more. Stopped by Starbucks in Oak Creek and had one of those “this is exactly what I needed” kind of coffee moments. I went with the light roast, and let me tell you—it was fresh, hot, and actually tasted like coffee instead of something that’s been sitting on a burner since last Tuesday. Came to order with my sister, and the lady only got her order and I had to wait after she did my sister's drink. Like why can't she just take both of our orders and do them together so we can leave together. Seems like she was busy talking then doing her job to notice.
They just don’t know how to make a coffee. There is no coffee in your coffee. It’s lukewarm water with tons of sugar and something called whipped cream. They need training.
