I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at the Starbucks inside ACME in Fort Lee. On March 28 around 9:50 AM, the employee working there was extremely rude and disrespectful while taking my order. I was told to “order slowly” in a condescending tone, and the overall attitude was unprofessional. What was more concerning was the clear difference in treatment. The baristas are very friendly and helpful. This location is always very clean and well kept. My drinks and food are served quickly, too. Thank you for the great service and lovely attitude. This is my favorite Starbucks location. I will be returning!
