I usually come to this Starbucks because it’s convenient, tucked away, and never too crowded—perfect for a relaxed dine-in experience. Today, however, I went through the drive-thru (which I don’t do so often) and ordered more than usual: a drink, sandwich, and pastry. Unfortunately, I had to ask for napkins, and a few minutes later, while stuck in traffic heading into the city, I realized there was no straw for my Frappuccino.
