There's a few baristas that know me and when I come in. They are very nice but this last time, we waited and it said our order was ready. It was nowhere to be found and either someone took out drink & cake pop or it got overlooked and never made. They made it right but there's been a few inconveniences I've had to deal with where they just get it to you and be gone. Not to many that care about good customer service. Like I said tho, this is not a bad place and not bad people by any means
Staff is very friendly & most Starbucks usually don’t suggest any sirracha etc with your food but this location does & they have great customer service.
