I left without my order
Single handedly the worst cup of coffee in America!
I have been a regular customer of this store and have always received excellent service. However, today I had a disappointing experience. As usual, I ordered a Venti-sized drink, but when I arrived at the drive-thru window, I was given a Grande instead. I politely informed the employee about the mistake, but her reaction was not pleasant. She simply told me that there were no Venti cups available. Bad service, these people act as if it were busy. They had 6 employees and not one single person could say your “order is ready” or call out my name. I wasn’t the only one they had two sandwiches just sitting there… Go to vintage oaks location instead or the other Novato location but this drive thru location is beyond mediocre. Also one of the males working there couldn’t stand working there you could tell by his lack of service and way too soft spoken.
Why did a barista draw this on my cup!? Isn't this the symbol for flipping someone off? Weird.
