I frequent this location and every time I go they hit the mark. The team is friendly and the cafe cozy. I often mobile order here and they greet me upon entrance.
Coffee tasted more burned than it typically does. Service was good
i normally enjoy coming to this starbucks but unfortunately as of recent it’s been lacking professionalism. there is an associate who’s appearance included very visible neck marks, you can see them from a mile away… coming from someone who works in customer service you keep your customers in mind when you present yourself and don’t show up to work with you’re entire business plastered on your body… makes it a rather uncomfortable experience
