Went inside this store on Saturday August 15 around 9pm and ordered 5 unicorn fraps . I was so rudely attended by this girl with overly processed short hair and told me they don’t have that . There was a long black hair in my sausage English muffin. My hair is blonde so definitely was NOT MINE. 🤢🤮 My mocha cookie frap was undrinkable through the straw due to chunks of cookie Scammed and disgusted for $33. Nice🤜 🤛 Really deserves a no star rating.
The red head barista has a terrible personality. It is not my fault that you are terrible at your job and because I simply wanted it remade; she grabbed the drink with attitude and threw it in the sink. Very narc if you ask me. This only happens in my opinion because EVERY drink she has ever made was absolutely terrible. I drink the same every time and she is the only one who makes it so bad.
