Veterans Day Appreciation I’m an Afghanistan veteran, and this was the first time I celebrated Veterans Day with my kids since leaving the Army. The cashier at this Starbucks truly stood out—respectful, professional, and the only person today who thanked me for my service. He took real pride in his work and made our visit special. He deserves recognition and promotion—an outstanding employee and an even better person. He worked today at the cashier @1pm
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The staff seemed distracted and more focused on personal conversations than on customers. When I placed my order, they kept asking me to repeat it three times because they weren’t really listening — they were laughing and chatting with each other instead. The drive-thru line took an unusually long time, and after waiting, I was shocked when they refused to accept my $100 bill for a $25 order.
