Debbie was amazing during our visit. We had screaming kids and mistakenly ordered the wrong thing. Debbie was so nice to our kids and offered to remake our beverage. It was a small act that really made our day, so classy!
Honestly order wise, is a 15/10 I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and they make my drink the best every time. Service could be better considering they don’t give you straws and you’re sitting there waiting for someone to be available to ask, without trying to be rude. Atmosphere is 50-50 there are times I hear the workers being rude to eachother. The workers will have an attitude if you’re standing there too long waiting for something.
Mix up on order. Took 25 minutes to get black coffee. I see owner did try contact me but link would not work to be contact back. Basically I ordered 2 coffee. After awhile I mentioned to the lady making the drinks that I had not received my order. She told the guy at coffee pot to plz get 2 coffees. 10 minutes later she told a girl to plz get my coffee. After 5 minutes she just went and got them herself.
