I had an awful experience at this location today! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a caramel macchiato. There was only ONE person in front of me. Clearly the barista making the beverages was new, (she was trying hard and I appreciate that). I had an extremely disappointing experience with the woman working the 6:30 AM shift on Monday and Tuesday this week. Coming from a service industry background myself, I don't expect perfection—just basic courtesy, like a smile or a bit of eye contact. Unfortunately, this employee showed none of that.
